We loved working with James to buy our first home!! He is very flexible, extremely kind, and is not afraid to tell you all the good AND potential bad things about homes we were viewing. He even pointed out a few things we hadn't noticed yet! Working with him is easy and he helps you every step of the way. I recommend working with him if you get the chance!

I highly recommend Jamie for all your real estate needs. From the moment I contacted him regarding the selling of my home, his passion and knowledge of the market exceeded my expectations. A great person to work with. Jamie was instrumental in getting us offers on the first day we had it for sale and worked with us diligently as we sought out our new home. His love for his occupation as well as helping his clients was so evident in our search. We ran Jamie everywhere across the area and no matter how far the drive, he was always there greeting us with his friendly smile, kind words, and enthusiastic spirit. A very hard worker, I would get on my computer in the morning and find prospective homes that he had sent at 2:00 in the morning! Now who else does that?!?! I swear this man never sleeps. Jamie has a refreshing personality which impressed us from the first home we toured through the final one we fell in love with and have made it our beautiful home. Jamie Wilson has such a magnetic personality and is an impeccable reflection of the exceedingly great service one would expect from Coldwell Banker. Completely satisfied!

My name is Randall Byham. I was referred to James Wilson by a real estate agent in Pennsylvania. The home we are marketing is in Centerville, Ohio. My first impression of James was that of trust, I have been in business since 1982 and over the years have learned a lot about people. From the very beginning, James displayed a sincere willingness to help. James has been nothing but professional in his work on my behalf. The house is selling process is almost over. We are just waiting on a closing date. The process took about a year, only because of a correction needed by F.E.M.A. with regards to the flood zone. The house was almost sold twice, but ended with the banks not approving because the prospective buyers could not afford the required flood insurance. Jamie was patient while we communicated with F.E.M.A. to get this corrected. Now there is no flood insurance required. I would highly recommend James.. A wonderful Christian man who displays good judgement and character. Sincerely, Randall Byham

We really enjoyed working with Jamie! He was great to work with throughout the process of searching for and purchasing our new home. Jamie was a pleasure to work with and was so responsive. I had to sell my fathers home after he passed away. It was the house I grew up in and in our family for 48 years. I lived about an hour away and Jamie provided me with regular updates, checked in on the property and made sure it showed well. He was very positive and enthusiastic and had a very good offer within just a few weeks of listing. He made the whole process right through closing go seamlessly. I really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone in the Dayton area tha is looking to buy or sell a home.

I was very pleased with Jaime's professionalism, work ethic, integrity and quick response time. He maintained a positive attitude and gave me helpful feedback regarding my property. When one offer on the house was retracted, Jaime acted "above and beyond" expectations to immediately get the house showing again. Along with being so professional, Jaime is also a caring individual. I lost a family member to death during the selling process and Jaime explained the reason for "lag time" in my returning documents to the buyers. I highly recommend Jaime as a real estate professional. You will completely enjoy working with him.
